Logical where appointed by repeat client ABB to refurbish the former Irish Life building at Finnabair Industrial Estate, Dundalk 25,000 ft2. Logical successfully obtained planning permission for the installation of a new store & signage help modernise the appearance of the property. Works included strip-out, full M&E replacement including a new passenger lift, installation of new ceilings and raised access floors together with wholesale interior fit-out including bespoke joinery, graphics and furniture install.
