Logical was engaged by Bartra to assist with the upgrade of washroom accommodations across 22 floors in their CityWest portfolio. Collaborating closely with the Bartra team, Logical provided a comprehensive Design & Build proposal. With a strong focus on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, the project emphasized water and energy conservation, the reuse of some existing finishes, and a significant improvement in overall facilities.
The project was successfully completed in a live environment over a six-month period, ensuring minimal disruption to the building’s occupants while delivering enhanced and sustainable washroom solutions.
