On Friday 29th of September Logical held their Client Autumn Evening event here in Herbert Place. It was wonderful to see so many clients and friends on the night and great to spend social time catching up. The weather held off and the marquee held firm so a good night was had by all.
Logical were delighted to host a Women in Property breakfast this morning in our office. It was great to hear interesting insights on the dynamics of the current property market as well as informed views on what the next 6 months might look like.

Logical are delighted to announce that both Christopher Deery and Derek Horan, senior members of the Logical team have both been successful in their recent APC applications and are now Chartered and fully chartered members of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Logical were delighted to host its annual summer BBQ on Thursday 30th June. The rain stayed off and it was great to see colleagues and friends enjoying themselves.
Logical were privileged to have assisted Edelman – a World leading Public Relations firm in the transformation from their previous office at Huguenot House to their new home on Harcourt Street. We provided full design and installation of their fit out in this exciting new location.

Logical have been busy refurbishing the long since unoccupied mews at the rear of the main office to make room for our expanding Fit Out Team.
We are delighted to announce that Derek Horan B.Sc. (Hons.) Building Surveying/Dip. Arch. Tech has recently joined the Logical Team. He brings a wealth of experience at Senior Level and will be managing the Building Surveying Team within the Logical Group.
