Logical Consultancy provided Technical Due Diligence recently for the acquisition of One Grand Parade in Ranelagh. We worked closely with German fund Quadoro Doric Real Estate and their adviser agent Michele McGarry, Director, Colliers International in this regard.

The sale of the six storey over basement office building (2,929sq m or 31,534sq ft) closed in quarter 3 of 2017 for circa €26 million.
